I have a local (350zen.org) forum thread with some info that I can post in a few minutes......

Ok so i know we are not planning to do this right away but i have a little info for future planning and would like to help anyway i can.

From the local forum here, this is what i have so far.

Local connections with: bellagio, venetian, mgm, a few guys know the founder of m fest and will contact him for important info if thats necessary, circus circus, redrock/aliente but its far from the strip(very west part of town)

Another member also mentioned that palace station allows the MINI cooper guys to have meets their as well approx. 300 cars. We can contact him and the guys who help put together that event.

Any questions feel free to pm me or just speak up, like i said i think this would be a great event to have, annually too, lots of guys, Gs and Zs who would be happy to help and join in the fun. No rush and i hope that i can come visit most of you guys down at the BIG SEDAN GTG later in the year.

3tru that would be great if you could, i meet the founder of mfest on the drive lol, but wasn't able to talk to him since he was so busy. But yea ill be posting this on the my350z, the370z forums, and hopefully the gtr forums. but i would like to start out with the VQ people, so any VQ can join. 3tru if you can pm me your emial or cell so we can keep in contact and plan this a little better since ur in vegas

i was planning on going july 8th fer my bday as well... 20-50 g's rollin thru to vegas?? i am f***in down...

This would most likely happen next year, unless we get mass interest before sept of this year, i would plan it towards nov/dec. been going slow, been busy with grad school ish, but ill make sure to keep my progress and updates up

 

I'll be back there again in Nov for my b-day...

I won't have the G though.

I'm gonna be sportin the limo that weekend...lol ( and if all goes well, I won't remember a damn thing )...

Still working on it, its going slow. But my friend said that the jockey club on the strip has the top floor suite that can fit 15 to 20 people, but its 2k for 3 days and 3 nights. I still need to talk to someone or find somewhere where they will let us all park together, or save us some spots. I'll go on the mfest forum and ask those guys if they can help me out and plan this
