Hey guys... I have a carbon Fiber hood my car and its gotten pretty dirty in a few certain areas. I used to take my cars to those stupid drive thru washes where they dry by hand and damnit, the retarded soap they use messed up my hood and removed the clear coat on it. I was thinking of getting a clear coat on there again but I have actually seen someone buff it out with a blueish liquid and a buffer. I bought a buffer and tried to buff it out with 2 diff types of Mguiars wax and it wont come out. It shines when u look from the side but when u look at the hood straight on, u can see white blotch marks in diff areas that wont really come out easily. What do u guys suggest I use rather than getting it clear coated. The spots arent really all that bad but it is noticeable. Most of the hood is in great condition, free of these damn spots but its just those few spots that make the whole hood bad.
PS. I DONT take it to any stupid car wash place anymore. I was my car myself with mguiars products.
