Question about Cali car specs

Moving back to Cali in a few months and im planning to bring my 2003 G35 coupe. At the moment i dont have a catalytic converter, instead I have Megan test pipes. Is this going to be an issue for inspection? What other things should i make note of before i move.

We do a full smog here (test, visual, scan), not just an OBD2 scan like most other states. Smog is every 2 years for us w/03s so yes, when you register your car and need to smog; youll need to put your cats back on.

Yeah, I have TopSpeed headers, Megan test pipes and the STILLEN dual exhaust. Have to pretty much replace everything when it comes time for smog test. Lucky for me, I have a nephew that runs a shop and hasn't charged me for any work yet.

wow thats brutal... i might as well go back to stock and sell my aftermarket parts since i dont give a damn about the sound/speed anymore. How often do you get inspections, just when you renew tags right?

^ ^ Yeah, this is my second test/inspection. My nephew had it run last time before the switch out. Had red lights across the board, so he says. I need to make sure that doesn't happen again, lol. Funniest thing is that when the car is at idle with all that stuff. You can't tell by the noise level, it's pretty quiet. WOT is a completely different story though.
