THE HOUSE/ MASTER BEDROOM:
Looking for a roommate to move in around the END of September or the 1st of October. The house is a 3BR 2.5 bath with big 2 car garage with automatic opener and driveway parking. There is also plenty of street parking too. The house has a fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, stove as far as appliances go. The bedroom really has tons of selling points, but the main 3 are the HOT TUB style bath tub that is additional to a sliding glass door shower; second is the MASSIVE closet(as shown in the pictures). And finally the AMAZING view of Spring Valley and surrounding areas. The rest of the house is no slouch either. The living room is HUGE! Around 35'x25' with PLENTY of room for furniture.

THE ROOMMATE REQUIREMENTS:
CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN male/female OR couple. We have a dish washer but we rarely use it unless we cook a big meal. NO DRUGS or PARTIES will be allowed in the house. We live in a quiet neighborhood and want to keep it that way. NO SMOKERS! My girlfriend and I are very respectful people, we are friendly, but we don't have to be best friends to live together, but we do invite current roomie to eat/drinks/etc to be nice. We will have no furnishings for the living room and dining room so furniture is WELCOME!

Clean
Respectful
Pay Bills on time and split down the middle(Rent, SDGE~$100 Water~$80 Internet/tv ~negotiable(we won't have a provider at this time)
NO PARTIES
NO DRAMA( no fist fights in the street!)
NO DRUGS
NO PETS(Fish or pet rock OK)

Everything is negotiable with us. Except the Cliffnote rules. The lease will be month to month as I have already lived here a year, but if it works out, we will resign the lease. If there is ANY drama or disrespect, you are gone.

Instead of parties what about BBQ? I am not looking to live there but you know someone always has question.

so i am guessing no BBQ then.

 

I suppose BBQ doesn't fall under the party category. I don't own a grill so it wasn't high on my list of do or do not. I don't mind parties, but I'm not 17 anymore. Getting ish faced and trashing my own house doesn't appeal to me.

I am just asking question for maybe other people that might be interested. Your place looks cool and if i had the money i would. I am just talking about BBQ hanging out, watching Football having beer. Not drunk face. I do like that there is a no smoking. Hard to find since everyone smokes.
