Recently i've been experiencing an issue with my trani. I drive an 04 6mt G coupe.
The problem is that when i drive and make a slight turn, say on an on-ramp loop or a freeway exit, as i turn the steering, the car gives me the slip sign and i feel a grind in the trani. It also feels as if i down shifted to a high rpm making the car slow down alone and tigh up. This goes on for a couple seconds only and only during slight turns while im in 3rd, 4th, 5th gear or even neutral. While that, there's no weird sounds heard!

When i 1st bought the car in Sep 09 it did this 2 or 3 times only. But these past 3weeks it has become much more common!

I've barely replaced my clutch in May of this year with a brand new OEM clutch. It drove well until these past 3weeks.

Does any one have any clue or experienced any thing like this with their G?

When is the last time you drained and filled your rear differential oil?

 

Haven't done it since I bought it! How often does that have to be done?
