?? about my extended warranty and what to do with my car..

So I bought the extended elite warranty with my used 04 g35 6mt and I've had my car in the dealership 4 times already because my abs/slip/vdc light keeps going off. First time they said it was the brake switch, so they changed it out then it went off again, and the problem was actually a short in the spoiler brake light. Then it happened again a few months later and they said it was just low on brake fluid. Now finally its been in there for more than a week and they said they can't find the problem, but my service adviser knows its an issue. Overall, my car has sat at the dealership for over a month trying to "diagnose" the problem..

I was wondering if there was any lemon laws or anything like that for cars that are still under the extended warranty and what options do I have...

thanks for any suggestions!

as long as they provide a loaner i think that you should be okay with however long it takes... i brought my car in over and over for the slave cylinder problem before they knew what it was and as long as i was racking up miles on a loaner, i didn't mind much.. at least you don't have to pay anything..!!!
