Hey Dizz, CA drivers here are only slamming on their brakes to avoid the car crash that just happend in front of them due to someone speeding in the rain!

 

Tomatoe, tomato, potatoe, potato... Socal drivers get suckier in wet weather.

The "cop quota" is a myth only because quotas are illegal.
But the incentive for cops to pop people is that for every person they pop, they earn a point or points for paid days off.

 

No doubt that it seems that most Socal drivers do become dysfunctional when it rains. Another good reason to call in sick when it is raining heavily outside! lol...
