Visiting from CAD, where should I party?

Hey y'all, visiting from Toronto, last time was 4 years ago.... love the West cost.

Doing all the typical stuff, Getty, Runyon, Observatory, every mall from BH to OC, everything along the coast ie. Santa Monica, Huntington, etc.

Anyway I know the party scene always changes and only a local knows where the "good" places are at. Any recos for 25+ clubs/lounges, mixed crowd, anywhere between BH to OC?

Any tips are welcome too, I know traffic is nuts and the food trucks are awesome.

Thanks!!

I lived in San Diego for three years. If you want to party, you go there.

Bummer. Probably want to go to LA then because OC is pretty lame for partying with the exception of a few bars.
