Failed Smog Test - Need ur advise

So I failed my smog test yesterday (results below). The tech said it looks like I'm running a little lean. I didn't fail by much, but failed nontheless.
I have an 06' 6mt coupe.
I had driven on the freeway for about 30 min prior to going.
I just had the short block replaced 600 miles ago, they replaced all fluids but maybe not the air filter. Not sure if that may have affected the results.
I do also have a slight rattle in the exhaust so not sure if that can also affect the results if there is a leak.
No codes were thrown so it's kind of a guessing game on what can fix my problem, so I need ur guys help please.
Oh and if anyone knows of a good muffler shop in the Glendale or surrounding areas that I can go to to see if I actually do have a leak that would be awesome.

Breather mods:
Berk HFCs
Tanabe Medalion full exhaust
z-tube
MREV2
5/16 MD spacer

It's the high flow cats....California has the strictest rules on regards to smog numbers, and unfortunately HFC's just aren't good enough around here...hopefully you still have your oem cats to swap in...

There have been plenty of people on here from SoCal that have passed with HFCs though.
From what I understand it's test pipes that are the real problem.

Either throw your stock cats on temporally or pay $300+.

It's definitely the HFC's.. I recently had to swap my stocks back on in order to pass.. I passed with flying colors once I did. Put the HFC's back on afterwards though. Will have to do the same if I decide to keep the G 2 years from now.

Also you have quite a bit of breather mods on stock fuel maps which explains why your running lean. A good tune would fix that.

Clarification/followup question... with HFCs and a tune, would the OP pass? If a otherwise stock G were to get HFCs (no tune) and then get smogged, would that be an auto fail?

Also, if a car does fail, does it go on a record somewhere? Or can the OP simply get a tune (or swap cats) and go get tested again, no questions asked?
