Cars & Coffee-Irvine

I was wondering if any local SoCal'ers attend Cars & Coffee? I'm there every weekend, always looking for fellow G drivers. There's a few nice coupes almost every weekend, rarely ever see a sedan, I don't think I've ever seen one there lol. Would any local members be down to meet up on a given weekend and then take over a row of parking spaces? I would love to get my camera out and get some nice pics of fellow G's.

In case anyone is not familiar with the event, here is some info...

Date: Every Saturday morning
Time: Cars arrive around 7am, hang out/walk around from 7-8, most cars usually leave from 8am-9am.
Location: Mazda Headquarter's Parking lot @ Gateway Irvine, CA 92618‎
Info: Huge variety of cars from exotics to classics and tuners. Parking lot is usually full by 7:30am, spectator parking is at the Taco Bell headquarter's parking structure.
Their website: http://irvine.carsandcoffee.info/

Let me know if there are any fellow members that attend, or plan on attending! Let's try to organize a small group to go one of these days!

Haven't been there in about 5 months but I rarely see any other G's. Probably too early for most of the locals

Yeah, all I see is maybe a G35 coupe or two, not too many G's. Me and 2 of my friends have sedans but we don't pull them in the lot.

What have you done to your STI so far? I'll try to find your car there one of these times, what's it look like?

I've been meaning to check out Cars and Coffee for a long time now. Seems like a lot of interesting cars come through. It's not too far of a drive for me but waking up that early on a weekend could be a challenge haha.

since it's every sat, you'll rarely see a lot G's all at once unless pre planned like when the Red-bull/Infiniti F1 car was there and we had a space reserved for us all to park together

That's kinda why I made this thread. I mean we could get there early enough to get a row or spaces next to each other, but that would be quite early. Or, if we had enough of a list, we could ask the coordinators to reserve a small area.

True, such a wide variety, you can't leave unhappy.

I get up every Saturday for it, although I'm only 15min from it, there's always something new. I've been going for 4+ years, and I never have not wanted to go lol

It is possible if you get enough rest haha. I woke up at 7:00AM this last Sunday because I knocked out super early the night before. Went to SD on Saturday and was exhausted from walking around and eating lots of food.
