Need someone who can reinstall valve covers

2005 nissan 350z.
it took me like 10 hours to replace my both valve covers. When i started her up with new rebuilt valve covers, the white smoke was coming out of the exhaust. Had tons of oil leak on the ground.
I took it apart, and made sure that the gaskets are sitting correctly. Put everything back on and started her up. White smoke wasn't coming out of the exhaust but i was still having a lot of oil leak on the ground.

I'm NOT going through this installation again. Can someone who is very experienced on replacing valve covers come to my garage and get it fixed? It must be fixed..I have all the tools necessary (garage is small though). I will pay you.

Located in irvine, ca. near 405 sand canyon.

Need to get the car going ASAP.
