Suggestion when setting up meets

Putting the location, date and time in the title would be helpful....

I'd have to agree with Dizz. The 240sx guys just pick a day and location and people show up. We've only had to make a few changes over the last 7 or so years we've been doing this. Most of the time, you really only need to make sure it doesn't confilct with something everyone will be attending(like trying to set something up on Superbowl Sunday might be a bad idea). Some people will be able to make it, some won't. The fact is, you will not be able to pick a date that pleases everyone. By discussing potential dates, all you will do is find out which people can and cannot make it. But someone still gets assed out. Do it however you wish, but it just seems like a waste of time to me. Either way, make sure you post the actual date, time and location of the meet in the title. Makes it easier to look for.

Base on past experience, I'd have to say a successful meet with large turn outs requires single females attendance. For example: HB meet, girls promised, people showed. Tustin 6MT meet, girls promised, people showed...... etc.

i think sukairain hit it right on the money. who needs organization when girls are going whoo hooo lol j/k. there are probably only 3 essentials u need to get the "guys" to come out...nice cars, some good food/drinks, and hot girls.

what will probably really make attendance skyrocket is if the girls organized a meet for the boys.

LOL. I thought we were there for the cars? Maybe we need to arrange NOPI-style meets and have girls competing in bikinis.
