I prefer to race down Laguna Seca on the Playstation 2...... and if I wanted to do it in my own coupe I'd have to hook up my PS2 to the NAV screen first.
Seriously, I'd love to go there except I can't imagine how much it would cost to run at the track on regular basis. New tire = $250 each, brakes, fluids, LSD..... arg.

Excuses as usual. It's not cheap ... but not nearly as expensive as one'd think. Tires last many many track events and a set of real 'race' pads will go forever long after OEMs disappear. Flushing brake fluid's highly recommended and a bottle of the most expensive Motul RBF600 is a whopping 15 bux. LSD? ... you've got one already!
Just do it!!!!!!!!!!
... the clay bar's on me if you race!

I wouldn't flock anyone to do Laugna Seca or California Speedway (not yet at least )... because they are expensive ($310-350) as tier-1 tracks. But Willow Springs and Buttonwillow ya got to! For $120-150 all day ... it's not bad at all.
I'll be setting up a huge G35/350Z group for Buttonwillow in 2-3 months time. Bone stockers are welcome and will be fine ... just be easy w. the braking if you don't have Brembos.

From Clint's first video, this was my play by play timeline..................Started video...............enjoying as usual...............then 2min 34sec into video..........scream/curse and at the same time closing eyes...............at 2min 50sec, pause video so to go change underwear, chair and get a drink of water to regain composure............. Restart video.
Anyways, glad "MR. WALL" was kind to you. Man, watching it on a full (19") screen and concentrating, I got that weird sensation when you were going along the wall in reverse.
As usual, Thank you sir for letting us ride shotgun.

OMG Clint, thank god your fine, and the car too
YEa i knew that because my friend live real close to the track. He tells me these stories about when they hold these track days that the people surrounding the track (in thier homes) get real pissed at the loud cars.
But he also told me when it comes to big race days, like when the IRL comes into town, that they give them free tickets to the race.
Also clint check PM
