Anyone willing to help install S Tein Springs in L.A?

Decided to install my Z s-Teins on my G by myself. I took a look at the DIY on here. but I am just having an issue with compressing the springs etc. I got stuck with the front one. Taking them off and on the car is easy. Just the swapping part... beer and food provided
