Very Confused now...help please..

finally got everything settle and got a final quote from one of the internet manager and was ready to go into the dealer tomorrow and check out the car before final purchase. And tonite got a email from the GM of that dealer telling me to call him for "an offer that under normal circumstances would not be considered"?...are they fighting for quota, customer or? what's going on? anyone got any idea? should I go check out what this GM can offer me?

Can't hurt if you check out his offer. You can always say no to his offer if you don't like it.

Believe me dude these dealers wouldn't care which person sells you the car as long as you buy it from them. So don't sweat it so much cus they really don't care. Business is business nothing personal.

could be thinking that you have cold feet and the GM is pushing you to buy now.

quotas and special events rarely hit on weekdays or non-holidays. Sounds like the GM was just stepping in to help close. Perhaps someone ordered the same car and then walked and they are trying to liquidate it.

NEVER FEEL SORRY FOR A SALESMAN. His job is to get as much money out of you as possible. Your job is to give him as little as possible. Don't confuse your roles. If you have not signed the dotted line, you can always get up and walk out.
