im soooo glad he beat Bobby Flay... i saw that fool in vegas, it was 2am and i shook his hand "hey its bobby flay!" lol

his new restaurant "Mesa Grille" is open now, at Caesars...

 

Tsai won with the foie gras creme brulee. Did Flay get hurt in that battle? He's always getting cut or electrocuted, and then he stands around with a pissed off baby look.

That was one of the more exciting ICA battles. On an ICJ note, Sakai nearly had a perfect score yesterday with the oyster battle.

Duck liver creme brulee? I saw that and just couldn't imagine it tasting good...but you're right, he deserved to win. Flay just cooks some **** and puts hot peppers on it.
