pathfinder park and grand ave park have big lots...pathfinder park is closer to life plaza, but the only problem is that cops tend to hide in there and also there are bumps to get to the top hill where the baseball fields are. the bottom part of the park has a relatively decent lot and is where the basketball courts are. as far as big parking lot goes, there aren't many around that area that have a lot of things to do cuz its a primarily asian hood, thus asian compact spaces.

the rite-aid parking lot at colima/nogales is usually pretty empty. the part between the greenland market and rite-aid; high visibility from colima road as well. otherwise, if its a weekend meet, then really nowhere would be good in RH b/c parking lots start filling up around 11am and punctuality is not a well-known characteristic of us G owners. (at least not in my experiences, present company included 
) we also might be able to use a high school parking lot if we don't disturb the neighbors with peel outs and/or other noise.. we'll need to find someone with hookups to the school though.. hmmm...
