OK 2 places.
1. Brake Land in Tarzana, on Ventura Blvd. tell Jay Arash and Zack sent you. He will do it for 60 bucks if you pay cash.
Address: 18362 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, Ca. 91356
Phone #: 818-345-4666
2. West End Alignment. Talk To Darin, he is cash only, have to call by appointment only.
Address: 18008 S. Vermont Avenue, Gardena, Ca 900248
Phone #: 310-808-9233
Out of both places, i would go to West end because of his expertise. But if you wanna get it done cheap and still done right go to Brakeland.
but next time do a search. its real easy my man

Theres a place I was taking my civic for years! They're in Rowland Heights... right behind the Deny's on Nogales near the 60 freeway. I go there for all my alignment, but I dont know the name of the shop haha.

Go to West End Alignment on Vermont in Gardena. They are extremely professional, and do a great job. They ask you your driving style to make sure you get the right kind of alignment. They do it the old school way on a industrial lift, with the triangle and caliper type pinchers to figure out the alignment caster/camber/toe. They also align the front with you behind the wheel so that you have the steering wheel where you like it.
It takes about an hour and its by appointment only. $40 bucks each for front or rear, and a additional $5 if you have any type of aftermarket camber/toe/traction rod/bolt type stuff installed.

if you're searching, here's the place:
Big-O-Tires
(949) 642-4131
322 E. 17th St
Costa Mesa, CA 92627
I spoke with Josh to setup the appointment, but the tech that did my alignment did a very good job! It took about an hour and costs about $89. Im not sure how this compares to other places, but I found it resonable.
hope this helps!
