is farting bad for the perforated leather?

That's why the seats are perforated. With perforated seats, you can bury them deep within the cushion part of the seat, and they'll stay there forever. 
Every now and then, my wife will get into my G and say, "Did a cow $hit in your car?" 
Farting in the seats is a great defense to keep your spouse from wanting to drive your G. Yep, there's a reason for everything. 
That's probably why nobody will carpool with me.

It sucks to be tall. I was sittin in my G the other day and ripped one, and i literally almost got air from the explosion under my a$$, it was tough to blow it out, all this pressure of the seat fitting firmly against my a$$, so when it finally bursted, i almost hit my head on the ceiling!
dont shart huh.... interesting you would say that cause this one time I really had to go and I turned into my street @ a high speed and this guy was coming out. I almost hit his *** and it scared me so that caused me to shi* not shart.
