Not a bad deal. 3.99% for 66 months is great financing if you want to go long term. Tell them you got a deal for $500 under invoice and plus get another $500 discount. Nice!!

Hehehe...this was obviously an interesting thread for me to read! ^-^

Although I work for Montclair, I have to say that as far as (internal Infiniti) survey results show, Riverside IS one of the top-rated (if not THE top) for customer satisfaction. One of my buddies who used to work w/ us...but is now over there...informed me of this. Needless to say, he's quite proud.

If anyone is thinking of getting their next car over there, ask for Ronnie T...and MAKE SURE you tell him JIMMY CHOW referred you.

OTHERWISE, you could just come see ME in Montclair...hehehe! ^-^

Riverside's service department is also top notch, they always take good care of my car. I'd recommend them for sales or service!

Corrected the above.. sincere apologies to Heri, Kevin, Rick and all the top notch folks at Tustin!!!

Riverside is the one who needs a lesson in customer service. Had my car forever, never returned my calls... and I can be very patient. Ordered parts that never came in, reordered them and then gave me 2 days to get in there when I was in North Carolina.. there's a whole rant in here somewhere. Don't have time to find the post right now... but wanted to apologize to Tustin for any accidental bad word of mouth.

Lesson learned.. always stick with Tustin!!!

Cheers, Ted

So I used the last of my energy for today to find that write up i did about RIVERSIDE vs Tustin Infiniti. If you plan on going to Riverside.. read this first.

PS.. also, I didn't get the Radiator installed at Tustin as planned. DaveO wound up helping me out with that when we did the e-fan conversion.

Cheers, Ted

Tustin Rocks!!! Been going there since Costa Mesa phucked me THREE TIMES!!! It's ironic since that's where I bought the car and had a GREAT buying experience! I wouldn’t really say cust service sucked (because there really wasn't any - so maybe it did suck), but the service in general was ridiculous!

I don’t know anything about Riverside - Ted's been around and is pretty knowledgeable about these G's, I would presume that includes the service teams around... since everyone else had good experiences maybe it was just bad luck-of -the-draw... which is the explamation Costa Mesa gave me when I brought up the issues In fact, I was told that if I take my car to Tustin or Cerritos (the next two closest) that I would end up going to back to Costa Mesa - WRONG!!!

Okay, got that out of my system. I'm sure I'll regret it somehow.

Just remember that Riverside and Cerritos have the same owners. i will admit that there are diff employees and I have never used Cerritos, so can't say.
