I really hope when my car comes back from the body shop the paint will match flawlessly. Otherwise I'll have to get some anger management therapy.

I took it in to get my passenger side window repaired since the window wouldn't roll down enough when the door opens. I picked up the car 4 hours later and found a outwards dent (like a reverse ding) on my passenger door with scractches all over a patch the size of a softball. They told me the whole door would need to be repainted. Really sucks.

It's been over a week since I got the ding and my car is still at the body shop. I was supposed to get it back today....... (mad)

haha yeah it was him! that guy was ruuuude... my best friend is a VW tech and told me to get a list of the things they do in the 30k service....buy all the parts and he'd do it for 30 bucks and some pizza. I trust em and he says that when it comes down to cars its all the same **** even though it gets tricky but nothing he cant do.... should i do it?? $486? or 30 bucks and pizza but from a VW tech?

probably gona end up costing you $100-120 for syn fluid and all the filters. i believe we use 9.5qts of coolant around 7qts for tranny/diff and 5qts for motor oil. only reason why u would wana do it at the dealer is just so its on their service record
