OK, so the name is officially gonna be So Cal G's. I'm gonna try to get some prices on the decals and see if I can make the plates work. Will let you guys know soon. Bear with me cause I have a lot going on right now including changing jobs in the next couple weeks.

dont waste too much time on decals bro... im over 20 years old (as most of us are) and will never put a decal on my g... try harder on the plate frames... its a deal breaker. i want to support the group but i will never subject my g to a cheazzzzy decal.

Actually, the decals are also for the frames. I'm looking into brushed aluminum decals for black frames and black decals for chome frames. Hopefully I'll have a sample soon. This is the most cost-effective way to acquire the plates. Target price we're looking for is between $15-$20 for the total cost of a plate.

Oh and sorry, but it sounds funny when you said "I'm over 20".

i just meant were not 20 anymore(30+ most of us) and decals would not fit our image... but decals on a plate, now thats more desirable, thanx.

Sorry, but that's not gonna happen. The plates from the dealers are engraved for one and they are $40+ dollars. Plus I cannot buy it in bulk to cut costs. You're forgetting I'm just a regular guy and can't afford to front the costs.

The plates I have currently are stainless steel painted black. They aren't as heavy duty as the dealer ones, but they get the job done. Plus they only cost around $10. So with the decals, I'm thinking the plates should run between $15-$20.

But you're more than welcome to try to acquire one for yourself if you wanna pay the costs. I'll just sell you the decal and you can add it to your heavy duty plate.

Like I said earlier, I don't care where you advertise (decals, frames, whatever). As long as you're visable to other group members, I'm happy.
