Hi Everyone - Nisei Pictures

Hi Guys,

We just recently got our Vendor Status setup here. I'd like to introduce myself and our company. My name is Chris and I work at Brainstorm Performance. We're one of the Major Stocking APS Dealers in SoCal, which means we usually have most of the APS product in stock We are highly experienced with Twin and Single Turbo work on the G35/350Z platform. We are also highly experienced with the tuning aspects. All of our tuning is done on a Dynamic Test Systems Four Wheel Load Based Dyno.

We don't just work with APS though, we also deal with companies like HKS and Greddy, for those of you who prefer the JDM stuff

I also thought I'd show you guys some pics of our G35 at Nisei Week this past weekend. We took 2nd place in the Infiniti Class

Big Thanks to the following sponsors:
Enkei
Swift
APS
Centerforce

Oh, and if any of you guys are ever in the area and want to come by to see the car in person you're all more than welcome to. If you're interested in doing a single or twin turbo install, we can also take you out for a ride in the cars to give you an idea of what to expect We hope to see some of you guys around!

Chris...

I'm familiar w/ you guys from Miata's...branching out into G35s I see.

Also, I used to work for Golden Apple Corp a long, long time ago...and you guys approached us at SEMA for wheels for Miata.

Anyways, good to see that you guys are doing well & expanding.

I have a question, do you still have any of the piece to cover stock exhaust cutout on M1 rear bumper? I think it was part of your discontinued HKG dual-exhaust system. I just need the part to fill in the bumper. I called about 4 or 5 months ago, whoever I spoke to said there were a few left & that he'd sell it to me for like $15. Still got one? I just didn't have time to drive all the way out to LA before...but, since I work much closer now...don't mind making the trip to your shop.

Let me know...Thanks in advance! ^-^

Gthree5: I thought I saw a box of HKG cutouts somewhere upstairs. I'll try to look for it tomorrow and let you know. I miss that exhaust sooo much! I wish I owned a Miata JUST for that exhaust, lol!

350gtcoupe: I'm not positive, but last time I looked at an APS bulleting the production date for those was November, I could be wrong though. I'll double check tomorrow when I'm in the office.

wassup Chris, it's me Siggy. sorry about what happend the last time i was in your shop, but your tech (Ed) that tuned my car is so arrogant and not so professional at all. i dont really want to look like an a$$ and dont want to open up any arguement to anyone of you guys, but i did told him that he got to let me know before he put the Unichip on, but he didn't. i was asking him stuff but he seems like he doesn't wanna talk to me and answering me in a "smart" way i figure he hasn't done a car like mine before and i was trying to help out but, i was in an awkward situation asking more question because of his attitude that's why i left him alone. Anyway, i have a blown head and my car is in the shop right now, hope to get it tune before SEMA this November.

i appreciated the time you guys spend tuning up my car, i dont have anything against you or your company, but if you deal w/ ppl i suggest you communicate with them and ask what they want and how they want it before starting up something. just my 02 cents...

Siggy: I understand what you're saying, however when we spoke on the phone we scheduled for Unichip Tuning only, not for installation or any AFC work. When you schedule an appointment with a shop you need to tell the person what you want when you schedule. If you had a problem or needed something else to be done you should have told me before we put the car on the dyno and started tuning, not after. Instead you decided to wait until almost 5:00, which is half an hour before we close. Whatever you wanted done should have been clearly stated in the morning when you first came in with the car.

I'm sorry to hear that your head is blown. I would have the people that installed your supercharger and your afc take care of it.
