Anyone tried The Golden Palm Hotel or Aruba Hotel and Spa? I think they are dumps....

If as in dump you mean infested by crack ho's and shady characters, then yes you might be correct.

The Riviera is not much better, but it is better. Think the scene in Swingers where the guys enter the Stardust.

Anywho, their rate on lvtb.com is $101 for that night. You will have to drive into the heart of the strip or maybe take the tram, but its probably worth the savings now that the IP deal is gone.

 

I was gonna say.....my buddy tried this one time and we got in a huge friggen argument when the hotel tried to charge us for the room at the end of the stay because they said we did not gamble enough.

Or pretend to be a guest at a hotel and crash on the lobby couches. If they bother you, "you and youre wife got in a fight over your gambling habits and she doesn't want you in the room because you lost to much money to this casino". They will understand.
