In about 15 minutes, Tookie will die of lethal injection. Personally, I just can't find any sympathy for him. We're talking about a guy who murdered 4 people. If you put yourself in one of the family members shoes, it would change your perspective of the matter. All actions have their consequences and the death penalty is one consequence that he just has to face.

And all this crap that he was nominated for a nobel peace prize is soo BS. Did you know Hitler was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in 1939?
But then they took it away. To get nominated some one that works in a law office, school etc..... writes a letter to the nominating board to the nobel peace prize.
Then after the comitee looks at it and then gives the nomination an OK.

I'm not gonna praise Tookie or anything...afterall, he did what he did (which is ALOT of bad)...but, he has truly turned his life around in prison. And for that, he should at least be allowed to live it out.

+10! Great points 5150DS, everyone is a fool for believing what they see. This guy chose to be God and take lives so I think the justice should be able to do it aswell. People always say, well what if you were in that situation.. ITS A BIG "WHAT IF" BECAUSE I WOULD NEVER PUT MYSELF THERE. This Tookie character is now gone... Now he will be judged by God, or if u are not a believer, by them worms...
