Keep calling once a week for two weeks. Then after the second week say how much longer do I need to do this, it is getting very inconvinient for me and my problem still exists, "is there any way you guys can put me on some sort of calling list when these parts come in?"

"I've never experienced service like that at Honda so I wouldn't expect it from a high end dealer either"

Be frank, but nice at the same time.

who did you speak with at Miller? santa monica is a joke. they will get a great letter going to infiniti consumer affairs, especially when we compare them to the great service that was recieved at miller. i have never experienced such disgraceful service consultants/managers in my life. i knew service depts were bad, but S.M sent it to a new level. after they denied the problem existed (5th gear grind) they had the nerve to make joking faces (na na na na na stuff like 3 year olds do) as i was walking out of the dealership FURIOUS as hell and about to go straight to the BBB BAR and media back to back. i have pretty good connections in ALL those areas since im in the automotive repair industry
