Ok so Im trying to get back to work around noon today and there is the usual BS stop and go traffic on the 101. When it finally clears up I notice everyone is stairing at a G coupe with some bling bling wheels changing a flat. WTF is wrong with people! Have they never seen a G before? Have they never seen someone change a tire either? People in SoCal are so worried what others are doing JUST F@CKEN DRIVE!

werd. it's bad enough half of them can't drive even when they're paying attention

 

Today on the way to work it was unusually traficky. Turns out everyone was rubber necking at some construction workers striking. when I got up to them I yelled at them to get their a$$ back to work. A few of the strikers gave me the hand sign that says I am number one. Just doing my part to increase productivity

 

You mean this hand sign??... Oh what a great president we have...

Yeah man, that 101 is a b1tch! I'm heading onto the freeway southbound at 6pm, and I'm looking out the window of my work and it is traaaafic! hahahaha.......

I know what you mean. Also, whenever there's an accident, CHP car, or flashing lights in general on the side of the freeway, traffic will always slow down until you clear it. Not because it's blocking traffic (in cases where it only covers the emergency lane), but because people are slowing down and being fking nosey all the time trying to watch what's happening.

I think I was covering around a 1/4 of a mile every 8-10 minutes on the 101 around 6pm. I hate this city's traffic....

Ok, that's my rant for the day.

 

If that was on the 57n/temple... that was me. Sorry about that! The car in front of me started to fall apart and his entire muffler fell out and tore up my wheels. I was stuck on the freeway for 6 hours!

For all you G owners that are lowered and/or have bodykits... INVEST IN SOME LO-PRO RACING JACKS!!!!!!!!

oops, skimmed over the part where you said it was the 101. Wasnt me after all I rememeber there were a couple times where some cars almost crashed because they kept looking at me! A truck almost pushed a mini van on to the shoulder and hit my rear!!!! He missed me by only a few feet!!!!

 

NO WAY! i got a flat on the 57n a little past temple a week ago. maybe that roads cursed.

 

California drivers are not only bad drivers, but I would guess 50% do not know the laws and I would guess that 25% cannot read road signs.

The Cal Trans manager that approved those electronic signs on the 101 and the 170 should be strung up by his nuts simply on the principal that he is too stupid. How could anyone not have the foresight to predict that these signs would cause illiterate Los Angeles drivers to slow to a crawl?

 

Yeah, I've seen several cars pulled over at the same spot! Every now and again, as I pass by there on my way to work, I'll look over and find someone there with a tow truck! Also, not to be all competitive or anything... but I bet what happend to me was worse I was driving, and the car in front of me started to fall to peices. HIS MUFFLER FELL OUT!!!!! I was boxed in, and HAD to run over it! I dodged the canister, but I ran over the piping. The flange part of the pipe tore right through my brand new rims and tires (passenger front and rear)... which were about 500 miles old!
