manh3, you can post your resume or send me a pm. What was your major? Depending on what kind of work you're looking for, I may be able to point you in the right direction. You might want to pm me cuz I need to know your major and your GPA
Funny, I graduated form Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Management Degree. I have 4 years of logistics experience and a real estate brokers license. I've tried the entrepeneur route but i need a 9-5 to hep attain some capital for future ventures. Thanks alot for all the help, but let's not conclude this. I still need a professional resume.

I would have thought you'd get an Aero Eng degree out of that school.
Anyhow, you need to use action words (i.e. designed, led, coordinated, reduced, spearheaded, etc.) along with numbers to relay your experience. For example, "Reduced ASIC Functional Test by 50% by implementing ___insert favorite C++ terms here__ etc."
Or "Saved the company 40% in revenue by ___insert favorite marketing terms here___ etc."
If your GPA isn't your strongest point then don't put it on there. Use a summary at the top of the page outlining your strengths and goals. Cater the summary to the job application. Also, if you had multiple jobs within the same company (i.e. promoted to different groups) then separate those out.
Remember, your resume is your marketing tool to sell your skills and be absolutely certain anything you put on your resume can be discussed in great detail. You should be comfortable speaking about any of the bullets on your resume. Don't be wordy in your explanations, just get straight to the point and be done with it. Also, learn to read your interviewer and try to anticipate any examples you think may be relevant to possible questions asked. Speak clearly and slowly. Relax.
Last but not least, keep it all on one page. I hate it when I have to look at a resume that's more than two pages long. I usually skim the first page and don't even worry about looking at the second page. If you do hand out your resume, keep it on plain, white paper.

Aeronautical engineering is a very difficult major alot of people can't even get in the major. My major is directed towards airport management and government subsidize companys. Than sadly 911 happened and the TSA was created along with Homeland security which limited my chances out of college.
Commercial real estate is where the money is, great with capital returns and appreciation and tax deductions. The problem is it's very hard to get into and the loans are harder to attain along with higher interest rates. Lots of equity and cashflow is needed to start and maintain.
