Whats up guys?
I really wanted to get some "So Cal G's" vinyl decals made because everyone always talks about starting the group and making license plate frames and stickers but no one ever does it. I found a good vinyl shop here in SD and was thinking of getting some decals made so all of us on the forum can tell us apart from the average G driver. Let me know what you think of these and by all means feel free to include your own. If we can decide on a decal i can have them produced and bring them to the toys for tots event on DEC.11 to be purchased and ill give a certain amount of the profit to the event.

If i ended up producing the decals they would be 8"x1" WHITE high quality vinyl decals to be placed on the little window behind the rear doors, or wherever you see fit to place the decal. I could probably get a variety of colors if there is enough interest.

what happened to the logos we made a while back?

 

i want license plate frames!! but decals would be aweseome too!

 

visualfusion- i saw one of the old SCGOA logos that they used to have, they didnt really tickle my fancy so i was going to make a different one with everyone's input.

savefatkids- let me know which one you like so i can have some input.

like i said i wanna have these for the T4T event, so i need all the input i can get before then.

Looks a little "blah" with just simple lettering.

I don't have the logo for SCGOA on this computer...but it had a little more style. Since they base the vinyls on size, I'd think we could get a little more creative?

 

Sorry, I don't like any of them. The text isn't designerly enough and it looks like fonts came from microsoft word.

Does anyone have any Illustrator skills? I'd give it a whirl but I'm at work and don't have that here.

 

We'll then give me some ideas here guys, all i'm hearing is their too plain... but no one is doing anything else. Maybe i'll go down to the vinyle shop and see what they can come up with.

I figured doing this might get someone motivated to actually start the group, not just say they are going to like always...

 

All of these smart talented people here should be able to come up with a logo. Start a thread for people to submit the 'So Cal G's' logo/text and pic the best one...

 

I'd help.. but way to swamped with Toys for Tots right now... sorry. Hopefully someone will get this going. I've tried.. that's for sure.
