like others have advised, put back oem intake, if you still have it, take it to dealer, tell them the symtoms yourre having, let them figure out the problem....of course, don't go to same dealer that already gave the b/s......it's something called the Magnaguson act(can't remember exact spelling) and it states that dealer has to prove that that aftermarket piece is the cause of the problem....have them put it in writing.....and to play a little mind game, have the tech, the service writer and the manager sign off on that......good luck.

If the dealer sells and install aftermarket parts, you're warranty is still valid. Dealers can't and won't sell parts that they know will screw your car up.

I don't know if you solved your problem or not but when I put my ztube and popcharger i had the exact same issue. I took out them both and put my oem intake before I took the car to the dealer. I don't remember what exactly they said but it was'nt the aftermarket intake. After they fixed the problem, I put my ztube but not the popcharger because I did'nt like it so I got the K&N drop in filter instead. Now I have no problems.

Just some advice: before you take your car to the dealer you should always take out what you can before you take your car to the dealer. Also by doing this you can see if it is infact your aftermarket parts.

go to every single dealership in your area and tell them your engine is shutting off... if they say your warranty is void go to another dealer... im not sure where u live but if yur close to Tustin/ Irvine, go to Tustin Infiniti and ask for Tom, in service...

true, but they can say "for offroad use only..." which is irrelevant in this scenario, but its to cover their own asses...
