I made an appointment with Velvet Touch to come out to my house at 7:30 am today to have my rim repaired. My sister wakes me up at 7:20 and tells me theres a guy at the door looking for me. AWESOME he was on time!!! He started working on my car and I was watching him from behind. He took his time and was verrrrry maticulous about how he fixed my wheel. He took his time but was very quick at it and he was a very nice man. When he was done, not only did he repair my wheel but he made it look exactly how it was when I picked my wheels up from Iforged. I give velvet touch a 10 out of 10. Great customer service and great work!!!!

I had curb rash on my lip. The cleaned it up and polished it for me also. Call Arash call them at 949-836-6164. They have 2 locations, one is in SD and the other is in OC. I dont know if they will drive ur way unless you give them a min of 4 wheels or something so its worth the trip... PW as far as pricing, it depends on the job and how much work is involved. Theyll quote you $125 to start with and its at the descretion of the tech when he comes for the job to lower the price. He fixed my wheel and there was no down time so it took him an hour to work on it and then I was good to go.

I used Velvet Touch in SD after the Benz dealer rashed my wife's wheel.
They did a great job fixing it while I was at work.

 

No he did not have to take the wheel off. Its funny that you ask for a before and after. I mentioned to him that I should have fun a before and after picture and he mentioned he didnt have his camera either cause thats what he usually does. I dont know if you still just want a picture of the rim? haha sorrrry but I do wish I did have a pic.
