Irvine Area Loan Officers -- I need a Fing job

I know that there had to be a lot of So Cal LOs on here and I am looking for someone that works for a Mortage shop that is hiring right now, that provides inbound leads (whether incoming calls or incoming net requests) The last company I worked for sucked and kept giving us recycled old leads.

I'm going in for interviews with SB Financial (Inbound leads only) Lending Tree, and American Guardian (AE position) on Wednesday. If you see an 03 BS with a plate of ANA AGLZ, thats me. For those who work at Lend Tree, how do you like it and what is your split there, how hot are the leads.
