Infiniti of Mission Viejo paid to have my wheels refinished twice, after they scratched them washing the vehicle. I went through Velvet Touch (dealer recommended) both times, and was very pleased with the results. I am affraid I don't have their contact information on hand; however, I imagine you could call Infiniti of Mission Viejo and ask for it. It was $100.00 per wheel both times, and he met me and did the repair at my office.

Yea, they are rather infamous for it from what I hear. When I have to take my car in I make sure to request a hand wash only.
