Hey guys,
It seems to me that most employees sit there and majorly waste time instead of actually getting work done. This is funny and sad at the same time because:
1- I do the same thing at my office job.
2- I own a business and will start hiring sooner or later.

This is so ineffective. What do you think would be a good incentive to have your workers work hard? bonuses?

Yup!! Bonuses...like a lil comission for every work done. Well I get paid comission too...but my industry is a bit slow right now....hence the mass posts....hahaha....and boredom.
