Good management. Seperate personal feelings from proffesional feelings. Dont be afraid to repremand/compliment employees. My company eliminated lots of folks that were slouching. also bonuses do make a big difference.. as long as they are not unreasonable. I dunno.. i work in a bank and I open new accounts, and after i open about 50 accounts (in a quarter), i get a wopping $100. The bank is small, its no wamu or bank of america, so 50 is pretty damn hard to come by. So it's not worth it for me to work my *** off for that measly $100. Now if it was like $250, then thats different...
