As long as you haven't gone to traffic school already in the last 18 months, you will be able to go. Also because you weren't going over 100mph, it is only a 1 point minor violation. If you had been going over 100mph, that is considered reckless driving, which is a 2 point violation and you would not have been able to go to traffic school for that. Relax mang, you should be fine. Just don't get any more tickets.

^^^Not true, as long as he goes to traffic school, it will never show up on his motor vehicle record so his premiums will not go up.

Does that also means that the 1 point will go away if I go to traffic school?

Did a little research and it discovered that there if I hit 4 points on my license, it will be suspended. Also, I believe I have 1 point on my license from my previous ticket. If I go to traffic school for the ticket I got today, the point won't show nor will the insurance company see it, right? I just wanna verify that. Thanks for all your guys support.

ok, so, say like, my last ticket was in November of 2004 but I went to court in January of 2005, does that mean that my monhts between violation period has been shortened or not? Like, does it count on the day I got the ticket or the day I went to court for it?

If you go to traffic school, the ticket will not show up on your record as long as you have not gone to traffic school in the last 18 months. And yes, reckless driving is a 2 point violation. It is considered a major violation.

Don't worry about when you got the ticket or when you go to court. As long as you haven't gone to traffic school in the last 18 months, you are eligible to go and it will not show up on your record.

DONT SPEEED... max to go is 80mph and normally you wont get pulled over. COPS look at the Initial # on there radar by default just to see they dont care if you're doing 79... all they usually notice most of the time is the "7" so you wont get pulled over also getting to your destination at 10mph more is basically getting to your destination about roughly 2 to 5 minutes earlier. which dont mean ****.

Now, if you're on the fwy and you've been cut off and want to punk some stupid driver, thats a different story
