fyi add a half inch to the drop you posted on the springs. so about a 1.2" and 1.1" drop
keep what you have the s-techs wont bring you much lower. all they are gonna do is stiffen it up. if you want a real serious drop get some coils.
but in my honest opinion, i would pick up a rear camber kit to go with what you have and just throw them on.

go to your local autoparts store for the gaskets or get them from pepboys.com or autozone.com im sure they ship to canada.
I just picked up the ichiba kit and it looks like a pretty good product for the price id say go with that one. Not to mention there are a pair or 2 for sale in the marketplace right now
