only installed picture i have

taken right from tein's website

High Tech springs are made from a material called "Vanadium" which results in a lighter spring and increases flexibility.

The H-tech springs lower the ride height about half an inch on the coupe and around an inch on the sedan. The S-tech springs lower the ride height considerably more. The H-tech springs also have a slightly lower spring rate than the S-techs for a more comfortable ride.

front 34.5 mm = 1.4 in
rear 17 mm = 0.7 in
