I had a thread for just the front arms but now that I've got all the parts off the car I started a new one with a better picture. Also I was missing one of the sets of shims for the front arms, I've since gotten a brand new replacement from SPL

Sorry I missed your post.. This is from SPL's site:
Camber adjustment range is -2.5deg to +1deg relative to stock arm; most cars will see actual on-car camber adjustment range of -4deg to -0.5deg, depending on ride height. Off-car adjustment of +/- 1 deg of caster can be set independently of camber.
