it's firm(subjective) and it can get pretty low as well. yes it's adjustable.

they're worth alot more function wise and price wise.

I'll show a pic here in a second for those who want to go low but still have a good handling ride. I love firm setups I just want to upgrade to motons or custom konis.

Miles on them? Im looking to buy some coilovers...my Stance gr+ were on my car when I bought it last year(they seem to have been on there for years) and they are shot so im either goin to buy a set from them or buy used...how much mre life does these have Ieft, if there is a way to tell?

I can't exactly tell you but it all depends how you use them . These have about 20k on them but I never raced these. these are rebuildable...only reason I'm selling is cause I'm upgrading.

O im not ready yet goin on vaca end of the week but if they havent sold by the time Im ready then I think ima go wit these...sry I always ask questions when I plan to pay for something in advance
