I know we have a schedule of future meet locations, however I wanted to introduce the idea of a new location. Not permanently, but maybe as a one time deal as a change of pace and to see how we all like it.

I recently ate at a restaurant called Rockwell Tavern and Grille on Telge Rd. in Cypress. I have never eaten a more delicious hamburger in my life, and if you couldn't tell by looking, I've eaten a lot of hamburgers. The place isn't fancy or huge, but they have a nice amount of parking on a Sunday when many of the other businesses are closed. I talked to the manager and she said she'd love to have us have the meet there. She said if we brought cones and tape we could even reserve the spaces out front by the street for only our cars. She may be able to work out some kind of discount on food for us too although the food is not expensive. What do you guys think? If nobody is interested in it, I won't bother working out the details with her. If we are, let me know so I can call her back with a date and details.

 

I like this idea. Mainly because I live close by.

Alicia's Mexican Grille is AWESOME too if no one's been there. That could be another place to have a meet at.

LoL im down with whatever the group wants. The schedule is just set that way so ppl know we have a spot at a certain time. if ppl wanna change it tell me so i can edit it. and u still havent found a spot in the bay area yet?? and where is cypress area technically? i know roads more then areas lol

 

Sounds good to me, maybe this can be an interim meet or somethin?

 

i think that sounds good. it would be cool to have our own parking spots for a few hours and to see what people think of our rides

It's not Spring, it's Cypress. It's just down the street from Cy-Fair high school. Spring is farther east.
