Does anybody go the Saturday night meets on Westheimer and highway 6 next to west oaks mall in the U-haul parking lot next to the shell station?

It starts about 10pm and ends when ever everyone leaves

We've gone there once before... just to get a good laugh.
We parked far away and watched some idiot trying to show off to the other ricers. He did donuts in the parking lot then hit a curb and broke his axle.
Would never go to that "meet" other than to watch ricers fail.

You're talking about the Burlington Coat Factory meet? I hate that meet.

Last time I went there, two idiots were doing donuts in the parking lot next door resulting in HPD screaming through to get them to stop. The guy in a 240 hauls *** through the crowds going up and down the aisles of people and cars. He eventually escapes out onto Westheimer and turns into a neighborhood. The cops follow and pull the pit maneuver on his *** in the neighborhood. They then tow him back to the Burlington lot, gets on the PA system and says, "This is why you don't do stupid ****." and proceeded to arrest the guy while letting spectators watch and take pics.

Couple of months later, went to "Little Mexico" to hang out and watch stupid people again. Two Civics were racing down Westheimer and a cop sees them and gives chase. One Civic thought it would be a good idea to try and escape by going through the parking lot full of people and cars but instead ends up getting cornered. Cop walks up to his car with gun in hand, rips the car door open, pulls the guy out, slams him against the hood of the Civic and arrests the guy. We called it a night after that. lol

I've driven out there a few times just for a show, it's hilarious all the ricer "gangs" driving around. There are some muscle guys there though, I waited in the Kroger parking lot way out on Westhiemer (that's where they start races) and followed 3 Trans-Ams east on Westhiemer to the street light they start at and watched them take off.

It's entertaining, just keep your distance. I've never considered going and talking to anyone or anything, just go with a friend for a free show haha.

Ya its mostly entertainment

But the cops haven't been in a few weeks which is weird because everybody in mustangs and truck are attempting to do burnouts

The key word is attempting, there have some successful attempts, one which happens to be my friends dad with his 600hp cobra.. That thing is crazy fast lol
