You shouldn't have any issues with the balljoint. This type of kit has been used for many, many years without any issues. The same type of balljoint is also used on the aluminum arms SPC offers for Honda/Acura track vehicles and I have never had/heard of any complaints with them.
Guys, keep in mind that SPC has been around for over 30 years and specializes in the alignment industry. They manufacture kits for Eibach (all of them) and supply auto companies like Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge with kits used on factory vehicles. This is no "fly by night" company.

^ Is that an answer to my question ? I was not questioning the ball joint itself.I was just asking it they are correcting the ball joint ANGLE for being on a lowered vehicle.Also what is the hub spacer for ?
