the spacer + engine cover will be kind of tight. Some drivers have had no problems with that setup and others had slight rubbing on the hood liner.

got my bar today and it looks sweet.Will install it on Sat cuz I can only do it when the engine is cool.

I have a question - can I install the bar then remove it a week later (leaving the brackets installed) to have it painted? Will the brackets cause any problems?

Im planning on getting the bar painted gold to match my VS-XX rims

Clint, there is no problem leaving the mounts on without the bar installed....except for your engine bay lookin NAKED!!!! =)
