i need to be able to stick a small allen wrench into the top of my shocks to adjust dampening. will this bar get in the way?

lil time and patience is all....not hard at all...similar to de-badging but a bit easier....

nope...adjustments have been made to the tower mounts to allow for room for most damper adjustments....so you should be fine....
