Blacked Out Headlights........PICS!!!

this was a bit of a practice or warm up for when i upgrade to some 06's in the near future......hopefully soon....(what what...where you at).......once i do get some 06's, ill try and sell these and split the money with devon since he gave me the lights.....

thanks.....let me know and i can help.........to be honest..it was fairly easy......the hardest thing is to overcome the fear of putting headlights in the oven

Mike not bad at all...but I think you should have blacked out the chrome parts and left the parts that you did paint black chrome...

Mike the Strawberry Shortcake table mat is sweet!!! Is that where Daniel spoon feeds you everyday?

no you retard...thats where my little girl eats....lol..............and the parts that i left chrome....have to be chrome in order for the light to reflect......because its not projectors

Word of advice. You might want to damp a towel and put it on the tray between the light and the tray itself. So it keeps the tray from melting the plastic on the headlight. I have done one of those as well, learned the hard way.

No mike..maybe the lighting in the pics are throwing me off...I am talking about the chrome part outside of the openings that house the bulbs...the part that that the overlays cover...did you paint those too? I can't tell...but clean job Mike...I have my old set laying around so if you want to do those as well...I can sell them and split the profit with you...
