ok im driving west on south-cross heading to work doin bout 35-40 mph
there is a dinosaur coming east driving a 90 something chevy Cavalier. Then he turns right in front of me.. i slam my brakes but was not enough and i T BONED P.O.S
so my air bag didnt go off and i get off the car and say "WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU!" i say he was about 60 years old
then he just says im sorry i didnt see you
i was like well that does not change a thing
so i call the cops and the cop was a real @ss he automatically
ask was i racing or speeding
so then the guy in the P.O.S at least told him the truth that he cut me off
and i just hope that dinosaurs insurance is real it was call apple insurance
i was like WTF and the cop didnt say a thing about it so idk
so tomorrow going to get a rent car

Accidents really do suck, especially when you have little control of the outcome. I almost got nailed myself last week, had it not been for my
wife telling me to "watch out" this b!tch coming out a driveway would have
t-boned me. I was able to jump into the oncoming lane so she didn't hit
me....damn close! People nowdays don't have a clue how to drive or
they're not aware of the rest of us. G/L

 

they call them accidents for a reason, if your insurance will not only replace but renew the damage what was the point of giving the old guy such a hard time? im sure the guys got some pain he will likely have till he passes, not everyone regards their car over humanity

Hopefully before Live Oak show, he's reppin with us. Hood and bumper damaged, HR CF hood and front bumper time!!

yeah i agree, at least he told the truth, if he would have gone along with the cop, then it would have been a 50/50 fault, or would have not giving no one the fault and your insurance would have been stuck, at least your ok....

Damn man, sorry to see that happen. Make sure you get his insurance to pay for every little thing that was damaged. Even a new tire!!! Hopefully you can get a new kit out of it. Good luck with the repairs!!
