DIY: Infiniti G35/G37 ECU Removal

Hi guys, first of all my special thanks goes to our fellow forum member (cdmorenot) for taking those detail pictures with step-by-step details for the ECU removal, and i'd like to thanks his lovely super duper kick @$$ Girlfriend for allowing him to tear apart her car to take pictures for us, Thanks a lot (cdmorenot) and i hope you thank your girlfriend on behalf of all of the members.

Well guys, don't thank me, i didn't do anything more than posting those pictures, everyone should thank (cdmorenot), he's the one who went thru all the troubles to take the pictures and do the write up.

hahahah, the girlfriend saw it saved on my favorites and she's like ahhhhhhhhhhhhh get me off !!! too late. no problem guys if anyone needs me to take anything apart and take pics i'd be more than happy to do so... i hope everyone uses this to take their ecu out and have theirs tuned let's start a reflash revolution! =) and don't thank me thank everyone else above me that put it together.

what exactly does removing the ecu do? just get rid of the speed govern?

no the car wont even turn on lol
this is meant for people wanna send their ecu's to technosquare to get a ecu reflash to get horsepower...like i did but since Technosquare is here i didnt have to take it out.
its for people who live far away

^ exactly. =) taking your ECU putting it in a box and sending it to torrance gives u lots and lots of happy moments in your G.
