DIY: check engine / service engine soon light from HFC fix
Step by step on how to get rid of check engine/service engine soon light after installing high flow cats or test pipes.
-purchase spark plug anti foulers at your local auto parts store
-will need 4 total 2 for each sensor
-18 mm size
-made by HELP brand / part number 42002

-disconnect the negative terminal on your battery
-take one of the anti foulers and drill out its center using a 1/2 bit
-this will increase its hole size and allow your stock o2 sensor to fit

-when finished this is what it will look like

-side by side comparison of the original and now modified non foulers

-screw the drilled spark plug anti-fouler on top of the original
-be sure to use some kind of anti-seize on the treads. in case you need to remove your fix with ease

-unscrew your stock o2 sensor and place your cel / ses fix in
-use anti seize on the threads
-o2 Sensor inserted in the modified non fouler

-unmodified non fouler now installed on modified non fouler

-original non fouler->Modified non fouler->o2 sensor

-reinstall your o2 sensor
-reconnect your battery and do a ecu reset

nice detailed write up suby, do check back in about of week of driving and let know if anymore CEL plz. now i MIGHT consider getting some HFC's and the cobb with stage2 map which supports hfc, catback and intakes!!
i had that for over 6 months now and its allllllllll good, first i had just one and it came back every 500-1000 miles just reset and it was good for a month or so, but then i heard about doing two of them and like i said 6 months++ and no problems. and hope it stays that way.
Lucky I have no CEL light on mine BERK yet. It's been over 1 yr and 2 months now.I will keep mine finger cross.

yup you gotta call and complain to still and they will send them to you. i think they should already include it with the hfc. but just another way they are trying to cut back, but the stillen one still caused a ses light for my car. so i found this way that works.
