Thought i would introduce myself.

I thought i would introduce myself. My names bryan i just got my g probably close to 3 months ago. Its a 2005 silver coupe with black interior. I pretty much love the car. But anyways im located in the woodlands/college station. I have a little shop in spring where i do custom bodywork with my dad. So if anyone needs any work done in the area let me know. My dads been doing bodywork for over 25+ years. But anyways on to pictures.(there not the greatest due to its in a parking lot at my apartment)

The only way you can get ALOT of power out of these cars is to get a supercharger or turbo. With an intake, plenum spacer, test pipes or high flow cats, exhaust and a tune you can make decent power but you will have to get a valve body upgrade to actually get power to the ground. Reason being is the weak automatic transmission, i had all those mods and a manual G with intake and exhaust would keep up with me. I used to have an auto G but it didnt make the power i wanted so i traded it for a manual and its much faster than my auto.
With all that said it depends on how much you wanna spend to get the HP, going FI costs money but then again bolt-on mods arent cheap either.

Welcome to the club. I am also in the woodlands/spring area... You should make it out to any upcoming meets so you can see what others have done to their cars so you can judge mods for yourself. I had a 6mt Z and I really can tell the difference that the auto makes... If you want just a little more pep in your step, thats pretty easy... if you want lots of power... expect to spend some big bucks for FI and then have money to repair what is (not might) going to break.

As far as your Dads body shop... PM me the details. I plan to get some sort of kit in the next few months and I know from experience that a professional install is the best way to go.
